TREE OF LIFE

A few weeks ago, when I exited the house yard, I found a "tree of life." It was sitting among the rocks in a tattered sack leaning against the wall and I did not know where it came from. I then took the camera and snapped some pictures while asking myself:

• Why is it so dared to grow in such risky places?
• Does it not know if the coral is needed, it may not be able to live longer?
• Or does it have any hope of a good man to move it to a good place?

I thought I was worrying about the existence of this small tree. This was probably because I remembered my past which was also often in uncomfortable positions like that. I wanted to get out from the existing problems immediately, although it was not easy sometime and helpless. Even though there was an effort to come out, it was not enough. I needed other hands to help me to move to the right place.

It seems to me that I am better than the tree of life, so there is no reason for me not to thank God for every gift and thanking family, friends and people whom I met who made my life meaningful. Similarly to the little tree that reminds me to be grateful and not to worry about things that do not have to be worried about. The following message reminds me day by day.

Matthew 6th: 27-30:

27 Can any of you live a bit longer by worrying about it?
28 "And why worry about clothes? Look how the wild flowers grow: they do not work or make clothes for themselves.
29 But I tell you that not even King Solomon with all his wealth had clothes as beautiful as one of these flowers.
30 It is God who clothes the wild grass--grass that is here today and gone tomorrow, burned up in the oven. Won't he be all the more sure to clothe you? What little faith you have!
